H. Martin Rollins, P. E. – Founder & CEO

Martin was the founder of H. M. Rollins Company, Inc. in 1982.  Martin is a 1968 graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Cum Laude, and he also obtained a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Alabama in 1976. Martin served in the U. S. Army as a combat engineer company commander.  After his service he worked as a design engineer for General Electric Company, in Tyler, Texas, before going to work in the wood preserving division of an international forest products company.  He was serving as the operations manager for the division, which included plants across the U. S., when he left to found H. M. Rollins Company, Inc.   Martin has the most extensive knowledge of the issues due to his many years of experience in the field.

Jason M. Rollins, P. E. – President

Jason graduated from Texas A&M University in 1997 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Cum Laude.  After graduation, Jason worked for Dell Computers in Austin, Texas in new product operations and was the program manager for graphics development.  Jason joined H. M. Rollins Company, Inc. in 2001.  Jason has expert knowledge in all areas of environmental engineering and regulatory compliance. He has unique knowledge of the printing, packaging, container, and wood preserving industries.  Jason handles the full spectrum of issues, including air, water, and waste permitting; modeling; hazardous waste; printing press emissions testing; site investigations; RTO testing; capture testing; and client interface with federal and state regulatory agencies. 

Charles H. Rollins,  III, P. E. – Vice-President

Chuck graduated from Texas A&M University in 1985 with a degree in Civil Engineering.  Chuck served in the Marine Corps for eight years as an F-18 fighter pilot.  Chuck joined H. M. Rollins Company, Inc., in 1994. Chuck has expert knowledge in all phases of environmental engineering and regulatory compliance including air, water and waste permitting; modeling; supervision of stack testing; site investigations; emissions estimating software development; and client interface with federal and state regulatory bodies.

Tyler R. Catchot, P. E. – Lead Project Engineer

Tyler graduated from Mississippi State University in 2014 with a degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Cum Laude; and completed his master’s degree in Sustainable Bioproducts, Summa Cum Laude, in 2015.  Tyler joined H. M. Rollins Company, Inc. in 2016 and has been involved in many projects including air, water, and waste permitting; site investigations; field sampling; and client interface with federal and state regulatory bodies.
